After thoroughly analyzing its parameters we found that there was a lack of marketing & in-house events, We did paid marketing campaigns & also in-house events which created such a hype that during weekends there was waiting outside the restaurant, this hype was a great help to us as we started to get calls from other restaurants to work with them.

We got a chance to market a fitness center outlet of a franchise that was situated a little away from the main city, so the challenge was to get more crowd to visit gyms outside the main city. We analyzed it’s current marketing strategy & hired two photographers just for them to get content for digital media but it wasn’t enough, so we created a marketing campaign that focused on creating brand awareness & started to organize marathons, and competitions that gathered us crowd visits. Now it was time for conversion, we designed a campaign to convert potential clients & went ahead with different digital media strategies with paid marketing & different post on digital media. There was already a hype among youth about the brand but they preferred online only & just one dish biryani. Now comes the launch of their new product they wanted to cover 15 colleges in just 2 days, We launched the product with an overwhelming response & hence targeted about 10K audience from 15 colleges across the city & distributed thousands of rolls as a part of promotion this helped in fourfold sales of the products within weeks, by this time we had our college ambassadors who helped us in college product activation & also created a hype using their contacts.
